About
Meet Gaylen B. Payne
Forty years of Washington legal practice, focused today on probate and estate planning.
Gaylen B. Payne has practiced Washington law since 1985. After earning his business degree cum laude from the University of Washington and his law degree cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, Gaylen built a Federal Way practice that has helped families across the Puget Sound Corridor for over four decades.
Today his practice centers on probate and estate planning, with continued attention to select personal injury and civil litigation matters. He believes in handling cases personally from the first call to the final resolution — no rotating associates, no hand-offs, no surprises.
Gaylen is admitted to the Washington State Bar (1985) and the Oregon State Bar (2003). He has served as a court-appointed arbitrator for both King County and Pierce County Superior Courts, was appointed as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington.
“Your case will be handled by one of the principal attorneys and you will deal directly with that attorney from beginning to final resolution.”
