Gaylen B. Payne
ATTORNEY AT LAW
  • Mr. Payne graduated cum laude from both the University of Washington School of Business and Seattle University School of Law. While Payne & Hickel is principally located in Federal Way, Mr. Payne has represented injured victims from all areas of Washington and Oregon.
  • Mr. Payne currently serves as an Arbitrator for King County Superior and Pierce County Superior Court, hearing personal injury cases as well as other types of civil litigation cases. In addition, he serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington handling civil cases for various governmental agencies.
  • He has been a guest speaker at many continuing legal education (CLE) seminars training other lawyers on various legal topics. He also serves as a volunteer on several hospital advisory boards dealing with patient care.
Jarret B. Payne
LEGAL ASSISTANT
Jarret has been working at the firm since 2010. He will be your main point of contact on your case to keep you up to date, or for you to provide any information for your case. He will continue to check up on you and provide any assistance that you need.
